Steve has 40 years in commercial banking experience and has held executive positions in large regional banks as well as community banks in Ohio, Indiana and Florida. He has his Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University and has his degree from the Advanced Management Program from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Steve is a resident of Cape Coral.

David is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of banking experience. Immediately prior to forming Community Bank of Cape Coral, he served two years as Controller of a public software company in Fort Myers and five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of South Florida Bank in Fort Myers, that was purchased by a regional bank.

Jennifer is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with 4 years of accounting experience.  Prior to joining the bank, Jennifer worked with a top four public accounting firm in Tampa as a senior accountant.  Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Florida with a Masters of Accounting.

Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer

Bob has over 17 years experience in commercial banking, joining Community Bank of Cape Coral as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending after recently moving to Southwest Florida. During his career he has held positions in commercial lending and in wealth management services. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Michigan University. Bob is a member of The Rotary Club of Cape Coral and is also the CRA Officer for the Bank.

Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Larry has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1981 with over 25 years of business finance and banking experience. 10 of those years in accounting and internal auditing and 15+ banking, all in credit administration. Credit positions held include Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Manager at regional banks.

Paul has been a full time resident of Cape Coral since 1993 and has over eight years of banking experience as a commercial lender and retail regional manager.  Prior to his banking career, he spent over twenty years in public accounting and financial planning for businesses and individuals.

Sharon has had over 15 years of banking experience. As Cashier she oversees the Deposit Operations department, and maintains the deposit policies and procedures of the bank. Sharon also provides daily support to branch personnel regarding deposit accounts.

Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer

Vickie has over 20 years of banking experience serving in a number of different capacities. She serves as Compliance Officer for the Bank.

Cindy has over 22 years of banking experience serving in a number of capacities, including Manager of Loan Operations, Customer Service Representative, Teller and all facets of Loan Operations. As Director of Loan Operations, Cindy oversees the bank’s loan portfolio, from the first steps of the loan documentation process, input/booking and loan tracking to the daily servicing and maintenance and records.

Senior Vice President and Bank Secrecy Act Officer

Jennifer has over 6 years of banking experience. As Bank Secrecy Act Officer, Jennifer is responsible for maintaining the bank's integrity in regards to BSA, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Know Your Customer, and Customer Information Policy.

Jon is responsible for maintaining the Bank's computers, information and network infrastructure. Jon is a graduate from the University of Florida and is an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and a CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional).

Kim has over 22 years of banking experience and is the Branch Manager of our Main Office located at 61 Hancock Bridge Parkway W. Cape Coral. Kim began her career on the east coast of Florida and has worked at many different positions from a Teller to Vice President / Branch Manager. Kim is very active in the Cape Coral Chamber and can be found at many of its events.

Lana has had 15 years of banking experience. As the Operations Manager she oversees the banks exception items, transaction processing, and wire transfers as well as providing support to the branches.

Assistant Vice President and Credit Administrator

Melissa is a native of Southwest Florida and has over 22 years of banking experience. She has served in a number of areas of the bank which include branch operations, commercial lending, small business banking and consumer lending. She is serving as Credit Administrator for the Bank.

Assistant Vice President & Office Manager

Vita has been a resident of South West Florida for over 15 years. Vita started her banking career 8 years ago and has worked in several different capacites.  You can now find her at our 47th Terrace office in Cape Coral as our Office Manager.

As Administrative Assistant, Karen works in loan operations. She processes loan applications and documents and answers any loan-related questions customers may have.

Kristin grew up here in Cape Coral and is new to the banking industry.  She is very eager to learn all aspects of the bank and is happy to handle all of your transactions at the teller line.

Edwin has over 25 years of banking experience serving in various roles withinbanks which enables him to provide support to the Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) Officer and contribute to the overall efficiency of the BSA Department.

Lisa works in the Bank’s Operations Department eagerly assisting our customers from behind the scenes.  Lisa is an expert in processing incoming and outgoing wires, solving ATM and VISA debit card disputes and balancing the Bank’s internal accounts.   You may not see them in your bank but they are always available to take your questions.

As Credit Analyst, Scott assists the credit department and maintains reports and records for our loan portfolio. Scott is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo New York and has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 2000.

Marilynne joins the Operations department after 10 years of post closing experience at various local banks.  Marilynne’s attention to detail and accuracy has helped her quickly adapt to the challenges of file maintenance review.

Nell is a recent transplant to Cape Coral from Brookfield, Wisconsin.  She has over 15 years of banking experience.  Nell feels that the best part of her job is the interaction with her customers.  She looks forward to seeing you soon!

Bonnie has worked over 15 years in SWF. As Compliance Assistant, she assists with training, security, and documentation for the Bank.

Shari has over 5 years of banking experience in Lee County. Formally from Toledo, Ohio, Shari has lived in Cape Coral since 1981. You can see her smiling face on the teller line as she provides friendly customer service.

Janalyn has over 6 years of banking and accounting experience serving in a number of different capacities. As an Accountant, she maintains the accounting records for the Bank.

Dorian has over 13 years experience in handling loan documentation. As Administrative Assistant, she handles the loan process from inception through closing as well as assisting customers with any loan related issues throughout the life of the loan.

Janelle has 15 years of banking experience serving community banks as a Lending Assistant, Loan Operations Assistant and a Teller. As Administrative Assistant, she assists customers in completing loan applications and documentation and answering any loan-related questions that they may have.

Staff Accountant

As an Accountant, he maintains the accounting records for the Bank.

Prior to joining the Community Bank of Cape Coral, Dallas has gained fourteen years of experience in various aspects of banking and at various local banks.

Residential Mortgage Loan Assistant

As a residential Loan Assistant, she assists customers in completing loan applications and documentation.  She also works closely with her loan officer to make sure your residential mortgage closes as quickly and smoothly as possible!

As an Network Administrator, Jonathan assists in the set-up and troubleshooting of the Bank's computers and network. He is Cisco certified in Web Design and currently pursuing his degree in Computer Science and Networking along with other certifications. He has a passion for this field.

Residential Mortgage Loan Officer

Kim has over 30 years of mortgage banking experience and takes great pride in her prompt and courteous service. Administrative Assistant

Linda began her banking career 12 years ago as a teller, then held various positions including customer service representative, loan processor, indirect lending specialist, assistant branch manager and branch manager. As an administrative assistant, she assists customers in completing loan applications and documentation and answering any loan related questions they may have.

Heidi has been in Cape Coral since 1982 and joined the banking world in 1993.  She joined our team in 2004.  Heidi can be found on the teller line, waiting to process all of your transactions.  She enjoys living, working and playing in beautiful Cape Coral.

As Administrative Assistant, Nelda assists customers in completing loan applications and documentation and answering any loan-related questions that they may have.

Jim is our resident Renaissance man. He maintains the facilities and coordinates the flow of information between locations.

Michelle has over 6 years banking experience. She started as a teller but you can now find her in the lobby. As Office Manager she assists customers by opening new deposit accounts and answering any deposit related questions customers may have.

Judy has over 30 years of banking experience here in Lee County serving as Teller, Customer Service Representative and Operations Assistant. As Operations Assistant, Judy answers any deposit related questions that customers may have and serves as the Bank's purchasing agent.
